If any purchase fails to meet your complete satisfaction, for any reason, you may return it or exchange it within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Product must show no signs of damage or abuse. See below for return instructions on returning a product for a refund.
Returns:
To return a product for repair, replacement or refund please email TechnicalSupport@surefire.com and include your full name, shipping address, phone number and description of your issue. If your issue cannot be resolved remotely, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions to return the product to us. Do not return products without an RMA number issued to you. If you prefer to call in, customer service can be reached at 800-828-8809 and ask for Customer Service.
Refund Terms:
Product must have been bought within the last 30 days and show no signs of damage or abuse. You will receive a credit via your original method of payment. Monetary refunds and/or product exchange will only be granted on items purchased directly from SureFire. After we receive your item, please allow 10 – 14 business days for processing and issuance of credit. Please note that we can only refund shipping costs for an error on our part. If you used a promotional code to pay for any part of any item you are returning, you will receive a credit refund for only the amount charged to your card.
